Terms of service

The service

LooLon provides a 3D virtual try-on for eyewear stores on Shopify. Try-on frames are created automatically from the merchant's product photos; quality depends on the photos provided.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed in advance through Shopify, monthly or yearly, in USD. Limits are counted in SKUs (each colour of a frame is one SKU).
• Payments are not refundable. When you cancel or change plan, your current plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• When a store moves to a smaller plan, frames above the new limit are paused, not deleted.
• Launch offers apply as stated at the time of purchase.

Your content

You keep all rights to your product photos and data. You grant LooLon the right to process them only to provide the service.

Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harm shoppers or to interfere with the service.

Measurements

Size checks, pupil distance and face-shape tips are estimates made with the shopper's camera. They are not medical advice; prescription lenses should be confirmed by an optician.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, LooLon is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell merchants about important changes in the app.
